Appointments Are To Include One Elected Or Appointed Official Of The County Government, One Elected Or Appointed Municipal Official, And At Least One Member Of The Minority Race. Wayne County And The Cities Of Jesup, Odum, And Screven Are All To Agree On All Three Appointments. The Board Started 7/1/96. The Terms Are For One Year And Run January Through December Of Each Year.
